Gebhard Ottacher is managing director of the Climate Lab. In the Climate Lab, over 200 people are now working on solutions on the path to climate neutrality and a circular economy. Gebhard Ottacher was Managing Director of Teach For Austria until July 2021. Before that, he worked internationally as an investment manager at the largest Austrian investment holding company and as a management consultant. Mr. Ottacher studied history and economic history at the Universities of Vienna, the Vienna University of Economics and Business and the University of Perugia and holds a Master of Public Administration from Harvard University. From 2008 to 2015 he worked as a guest lecturer for entrepreneurship at the University of Nuremberg and the Leipzig Commercial College and has been a lecturer for energy and climate topics at the VHS Urania since 2023.
